Chris, licensed both in Virginia and the District of Columbia, has practiced business, commercial and real estate litigation, including contract disputes, mechanic’s liens and title insurance claims for over 30 years. He has represented both individuals and national real estate developers and homebuilders. He is also counsel for a national title insurance company and the lenders and owners it insures.

Chris regularly litigates real estate and commercial matters in both the trial courts and the appellate courts of Virginia and D.C. He also advises individuals and companies  in business matters, lease disputes, collections and related civil litigation. Chris also appears before state regulatory agencies for his clients who may be involved in regulatory litigation.
