Frank portrait

Frank enjoys the transactional side of the law as well as civil litigation; however, with his help, you should remain out of the courthouse.  He has participated in virtually every type of real estate transaction known to the law and is equally conversant with both residential  and commercial real estate matters, including the purchase and sale of businesses.  He will assist you in all phases of real estate contracts, from creating the initial contract, through reviewing what you may already have signed.  Frank will also guide you through the  real estate settlement process (he has conducted thousands of real estate settlements). Finally, if your real estate transaction has developed into litigation, Frank can help you.

Frank is knowledgeable about landlord/tenant matters, from creating both commercial and residential leases, to litigating disputes. He will help you form a new business, or change an existing one, whether it be a sole proprietorship, a partnership, an LLC or a corporation; and he will guide you through the various rules and regulations so that you can be successful.  Frank can assist you when business disputes arise, whether that be in mediation or arbitration, or courthouse litigation.
